Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Return, Replacement & Refund
We offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
- Defective, damaged, or expired products not fit for use.
- Incorrect products delivered.
- Missing items in your order (to the value of the missing items).
- An ordered item being unavailable.
- Products proven defective, spurious, or deficient (with appropriate proof).
Conditions:
- Physical damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- Missing accessories must be reported within 2 days of delivery
- Products must be returned in original condition with all tags, packaging,
and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Customized or tailored products
- Cut fabrics or altered items as per customer’s instructions.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Return Process
To initiate a return, replacement, or refund:
- Visit the returns section on our website.
- Select the appropriate reason for return.
- Upload 4 clear images of the product (front, back, barcode, outer
packaging). - Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged for
return. Incomplete, altered, or damaged returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise communicated (such as store credits).
- For order cancellations before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours.
The decision on refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Bhagwan Fabrics
Pvt. Ltd. and shall be final and binding.
Exchange Policy
- The garment must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains, damages, and fragrances.
- All original tags must be intact on the garment.
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in cases of damage or incorrect delivery
- Only store credit will be provided against approved exchanges. No cash refunds will be entertained.
- Goods exchanged once cannot be exchanged again under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.
- No exchanges are allowed for different products.
- Replacement products will be delivered within 7-10 working days post approval.
Disclaimer
- Minor variations in product colour, texture, and finish may occur due to
photographic lighting and digital display differences. These are not
considered product defects. - Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
