Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Bhagwan Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. We are committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding shipping, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a notification with tracking details when your order is shipped
  • Orders are dispatched through Shiprocket, or any other reliable service.
  • Kindly ensure your PIN code is serviceable by the respective courier partners (please verify via their websites).
  • For orders requiring delivery before a specific event or festival, we recommend placing the order at least 30 days in advance.
  • In case of any delay or issue with your order processing, we will contact you via email or mobile.

Note: Packages are not insured against loss or damage. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and notify us immediately in case of any issues.

Force Majeure:

We shall not be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Partial Delivery:

In case your order includes multiple items and one or more items are unavailable; we may partially ship your order. You will be informed, and a refund for the unshipped items will be processed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled by emailing us at bhagwanfabricspvtltd@gmail.com before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted after an order has been shipped.
  • No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.
    • After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier partners.
    • Package refused by the recipient.
    • Minor design or colour variations, as minor differences can occur between the online display and actual product.
